COBRA

COBRA (Common Optimization of Balancing Reserves and CZC Allocation) is a European project involving a total of 14 TSOs. The aim of the project is to develop a harmonized algorithm for the market-based allocation procedure in accordance with Article 41 of the EB Guideline. This algorithm will then be implemented and applied in balancing energy cooperation frameworks with market-based allocation.
